Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll sort it.
Because many of our items are made to order, we don't offer returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. That said, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, we will make it right.
If there’s a problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery at forti4north@gmail.com Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, contact us and we’ll look into it with the carrier. We may need a little time to investigate tracking updates before we can confirm the next steps.
If you have a sizing question before ordering, email us and we’ll help you choose the best fit, though we have done our best to give as much info on all products in their description. If you receive your item and you’re unsure about sizing for a future order, we’re happy to advise you based on how you want it to feel.
Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few working days for the refund to appear.
