Most Forti-4North items are made to order. This helps us keep things lean, reduce waste, and focus on quality.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. During busy periods or new launches, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always aim to keep you updated.

UK delivery is typically 2–3 working days after dispatch, using a tracked service where available. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, seasonal demand, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. If you order multiple items, the shipping price you see at checkout will reflect the best available rate for your basket.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at forti4north@gmail.com Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to amend details.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, please check with household members and neighbours first, then contact the carrier. If you still can’t locate it, email us at forti4north@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

At the moment we ship to the UK only. If this changes in future, we’ll let you know.
